Crossfit Ludus is a passion project that we started out of our love for CrossFit, the want to build a healthy community and to also elevate the expectation of what quality CrossFit could and should be. Whether someone is a competitive athlete, a parent trying to keep up with their kids on the playground or a retiree looking to stave off the possibility of the nursing home and stay active and healthy, we wanted to create a space that would suit all of them. We want to show people that the class can be the best hour of your day. We want to show there is no reason to be nervous or intimidated about walking into a gym.
